INVESTMENT & DELIVERY
One-time diagnostic advisory engagement
Consultation • Findings Report
Priority recommendations • Action roadmap
Full payment is required at purchase. Your findings report and action roadmap will be delivered within 10–25 business days after we receive your completed intake, all requested materials and any required access, and you complete your audit consultation.
Missing information or delays in receiving requested materials may extend delivery. Additional entities or jurisdictions may require a separate scope and fee. Implementation and outside professional or government fees are separate.
AFTER YOUR AUDIT
Use the recommendations to organize priorities and coordinate next steps with your team and professional advisors.
Request a separate proposal for business record organization, compliance tracking, administrative implementation, or ongoing advisory support. Matters requiring legal services are referred to qualified counsel.
Continue with ZATEGIC and receive a credit of up to 50% of your paid audit fee toward eligible implementation services arising from your report. The credit amount depends on the scope and value of your implementation engagement and will be stated in your proposal before you commit.
To qualify, sign your implementation agreement and pay the required deposit within 30 calendar days of receiving your final findings report. Your proposal will identify the eligible services and exact credit before you commit.
The credit applies once to the same business’ implementation engagement. It has no cash value and excludes government fees, software, subscriptions, third-party charges, and ongoing recurring services.
This audit is for businesses that are already formed and need a review of their existing setup. If you have not started your business, explore the ZATEGIC Startup Business Blueprint.

If you want additional entities individually reviewed, we will confirm the additional scope and fee with you before proceeding.
Tell us before purchasing so we can determine whether the engagement fits your timing. Purchasing the audit does not extend or pause any filing or response deadline.
