TERMS OF PURCHASE

1. Scope of Services

ZATEGIC provides business consulting, formation, funding preparation, credit optimization, and tax strategy services. Digital templates are sold via our affiliate site SATEGIC under its own terms.

2. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or ACH. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

3. Refund Policy

All digital products are final sale. For service retain­ers, refunds may be granted only if work has not begun and requested within three (3) business days of payment.

4. No Guarantees

Outcomes depend on each client’s effort and compliance; no specific results are guaranteed.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Materials remain the property of ZATEGIC, Inc. and are licensed for internal business use only.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
